we are closing at 11am in one week… i’m tired from packing and working. really, i am simply affected by my allergies.. so much dust here.. and still too humid to open the windows. fortunately, my parents have lent us their air purifier.. which i have pointed at the house’s intake vent in order to minimize the dust inhalation.

now that there are only 15 minutes left.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JON!!!!! (ok.. when i first started writing this, there were 15 minutes left..)

i’ve had so much to eat.. pizza and wine.. then pink cake and ice cream on pink plates with pink napkins.. (yes, Jon likes pink) and now i’m beat.

upsets and updates

oh.. what am i up to? freaking a bit. today, daddy took a spill while riding his motorcycle.. he broke 6 ribs and his shoulder blade.. bumped his head and hip pretty hard too. he’s in icu for the night to make sure nothing else is wrong.. they’ll move him to his own room tomorrow if all is well.

update on my last.. i ended up going back dark again like the pic above.. and everyone loves mom’s new haircut.. tho we both think she should go another inch shorter in the back.

our housing situation seems to be going really well. less than two weeks to closing!! :)

well, i’m off to let myself calm a bit.. and to play “guess the sketch” with christa.

hey all.. just cutting mom’s hair today.. ’cause IT’S HER BIRTHDAY!! go mom.. she’s 60 today and she rocks. :) anywho.. i’ll post the fun before and after pics.

it’s actually really fun because this is the first time i’m using a razor. and yes, i am *so* stealing it after this so i can layer the front of mine tomorrow.. and maybe redo my bangs a little more funky.

the next step with mine is trying to figure out if i should go back to dark brown (like the picture above.. yes that is me) OR if i should go back to red again.. because that was hella fun.
